The Interoperability Manager is the person whose duties include:
- Be the interlocutor with the AOC Consortium on interoperability issues.
- Ensure adequate management and access to the system within the framework of your organization.
- Designate and authorize users within your organization who will be able to use the Via Oberta services. It should be noted that it is mandatory to have T-CAT to authorize users.
The person or body legally representing the organization, the mayor's office or the secretariat, must appoint and formally notify the AOC Consortium of an interoperability manager. It is recommended to register more than one person in order to always have an interlocutor .
The designation of the person responsible can be made at the time of accession to the Interoperability Framework Agreement (CMI), or through the form available at E ACAT>Procedures>Consortium AOC>Service request> Request for designation of the person responsible for interoperability:
How to fill out the form:
- The name and NIF of the entity will already appear filled in.
- The “Action” field is a drop-down where the possible actions are:
- Registration : If you want to register a new Interoperability Manager.
- Resignation : If you want to resign an Interoperability Manager.
- Ratify : If you want to indicate the current Interoperability Managers.
With the + Button a new line will appear to fill in the data of another Interoperability Manager.
With the – Button, the Interoperability Manager will disappear from the line where it is selected.
Once the form is received from the AOC Consortium, the person(s) designated for this purpose will be authorized and the organization will be notified.
Once you access the EACAT home screen, the designated person(s) responsible for interoperability appear on the right.
If no Interoperability Manager appears, it means that the organization does not have any user with this role and the form will need to be sent to designate one.
