Via Oberta is a service that AOC makes available to Catalan public administrations so that they can consult and share their data and thus avoid citizens having to submit it.
In other words, Via Oberta allows interested parties to replace the provision of certificates and other paper documents in administrative procedures. Access to this service is through EACAT.
