Via Oberta is a service that the AOC makes available to Catalan public administrations so that they can consult and share their data and thus avoid citizens having to present them.
In other words, Via Oberta allows the replacement of the provision of certificates and other paper-based documents in administrative procedures by the interested parties. Access to this service is through EACAT.
