Via Oberta is a service that AOC makes available to Catalan public administrations so that they can consult and share their data and thus avoid citizens having to submit it.
In other words, Via Oberta allows data to be consulted in an interoperable manner and, in this way, people interested in the administrative procedure do not have to provide certificates and other documents on paper. Access to this service can always be done through EACAT, but there is also the possibility of integrating queries with the respective file managers.
