To process the Via Oberta authorization request form for the resolution of sanctioning procedures related to the occupation of public roads and/or the removal of vehicles, we recommend that you complete the request form following the recommendations that we provide below.

In the Information section of the procedure for which the data is requested, the Type of procedure must be selected: Complaints, inspections and Sanctions.

In the Data requested in the procedure section, you must select that this is data from the General State Administration and you must choose the DGT-Registry of vehicles and drivers as the issuer that provides the data.

In relation to the Type of procedure, we recommend that you select the procedure code: 2375 - Sanctioning Cases for Occupying Public Roads and Removal of Abandoned Vehicles.

This is the procedure code that would include the consultation of data in procedures such as the removal of vehicles from public roads and subsequent deposit, when they pose a danger to traffic or the removal of abandoned vehicles, among others.

When selecting the consumption modalities for this procedure, it is important to remember that the DGT does not authorize sanctioning modalities and only authorizes the following consumption modality: Consultation of vehicle data by the road owner
