Below are the errors you could find when performing a data query from the State Tax Administration Agency (AEAT) of Via Oberta:

Error in communication with the final sender

This error may be due to:

  • The medium-level electronic seal certificate assigned exclusively by the AOC services that your organization is authorized to use for Via Oberta consultations has expired or has been revoked . The Service Manager of your organization can check this in the subscriber folder and, if so, renew the electronic seal to use the Via Oberta AEAT services.
  • The service provider does not allow the consultation of data if it coincides with that of the user making the consultation. In this regard, check that you are not consulting your own data.

Incorrect document

This message appears when the name and surname of the user making the query are not properly informed in the EACAT.

To solve it:

  • If you are consulting Via Oberta through EACAT: access EACAT>Configuration of your user and check that the name and surnames match those you have reported on your identification document (DNI, NIE..). If the error persists, indicate the order of the name and surnames in this way: “Surname1 Surname2 First name”
  • If you query Via Oberta by integration (own application): The application administrator must ensure that the names and surnames are recorded in the database as indicated above and that the “ NombreCompletoFuncionario ” field in the messaging is sent correctly.
