This article is addressed to public administrations. If you are a citizen interested in obtaining the register , visit your town hall's website for instructions on how to apply.

Do you want to put your register online?

The online Register service makes available to the rest of the administrations the residence and cohabitation data of the Municipal Registers that are necessary to process their administrative procedures and to guarantee the right of citizens not to provide data or documents prepared or in power of the administration.

In order to put the information in this register online, that is to say, make it accessible electronically to the rest of the administrations, the municipality concerned must request the subscription of the Collaboration Agreement with the AOC Consortium for the electronic dispatch of leaflets from the municipal register of inhabitants.

A new version of the agreement is currently being worked on and no new accessions are being made until the final version is available. As soon as new accessions can be processed, it will be published on the Interoperability blog.

If you have delegated the management of your register to the Regional Council or the corresponding Provincial Council , it is not necessary to sign the Collaboration Agreement with the AOC Consortium for the electronic issuance of leaflets from the municipal register of inhabitants. The AOC has already signed agreements with the supra-municipal bodies for the provision of this service. In this case, you must request the Regional Council or the Provincial Council in charge of managing your Register to inform us of the inclusion of your town hall in the registration flyer communication service.
