The Interoperability Manager is the person whose functions are:

  • To be the interlocutor with the AOC Consortium for interoperability issues.
  • Ensure adequate management and access to the system within the framework of your organization.
  • Designate and authorize, through the use of the electronic signature, the users who within their organization will be able to make use of the Via Oberta services requested by the entity. It must be kept in mind that it is mandatory to have T-CAT to authorize users.

The person or legal representative body of the entity, of the mayor's office or secretary, must appoint and formally notify the AOC Consortium of an interoperability manager. It is recommended to designate more than one person in order to always have an interlocutor .

The appointment of the person in charge can be made at the time of joining the CMI, or through the form available at:

EACAT>Procedures >Consorci AOC >Request for services> Request for designation of the interoperability manager

How to fill out the form:

The name and NIF of the entity will already appear filled in.

The "Action" field is a dropdown where the possible actions are:

  • Registration : If you want to register a new Interoperability Manager.
  • Cancel : If you want to cancel an Interoperability Manager.
  • Ratify : If you want to register/dismiss any of the Interoperability Managers; those that do not change are ratified. The option "Ratify" will appear in this field.

With the + Button, a new line will appear to fill in the data of another Interoperability Manager.

With the Button – the Interoperability Manager will disappear from the selected line.

Once the form is received from the AOC Consortium, the person(s) designated for that purpose will be authorized and the agency will be notified.

Once the EACAT home screen is accessed, the designated interoperability person(s) appears on the right.

If no Interoperability Manager appears, it means that either the entity does not have this figure or that the designated person is no longer a user of the entity in EACAT, which means having to do the processing for the designation of the RIOP.
